Mark Watson Acts for Kiran Kaur, Mother of Vickrum Digwa, in the Sentencing Hearing Following the Murder of Henry Nowak

Mark Watson represented Kiran Kaur at her sentencing hearing before His Honour Judge William Mousley KC at Southampton Crown Court on 17 July 2026.

Kiran Kaur had been convicted of assisting an offender following the murder of Southampton University student Henry Nowak by her son, Vickrum Digwa. 

The case attracted substantial national media attention following Mr Digwa’s conviction for murder.

Ms Kaur was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment.

Mark was instructed by Harmail Singh Gill of Singh Solicitors, Stourbridge.
