Two members of Mountford Chambers were instructed to act in a deeply challenging high profile murder trial in Southampton Crown Court. Ben Hargreaves was instructed to defend Vickrum Digwa who was accused of the murder of Henry Nowak. Ben was lead by Jeremy Wainwright KC of 3 TG. Mark Watson was instructed to defend Kiran Kaur, the mother of Vickrum Digwa, who was accused of assisting an offender. Both Ben and Mark were instructed and assisted throughout the difficult trial by Mr Harmail Singh Gill of Singh Solicitors, Stourbridge.
