William England leads Daniel Frier in the trial relating to the murder of Elle Edwards, outside the Lighthouse public house in Wallasey, Liverpool on the 24th of December of last year. The trial started on Monday the 12th of June at Liverpool Crown Court and is due to last three to four weeks.

Five other persons were seriously injured during the shooting.

Will and Dan represent Thomas Waring, who is alleged to have possessed the skorpion sub machine gun used in the shooting, and to have assisted an offender by helping to dispose of the car used during the murder.
