Richard Furlong instructed by Karamjit Singh at Holborn Law, persuades prosecution to drop allegations of supplying class A drugs on day 3 of trial following late service of 6000 pages of unused material.

Richard’s client, CR, faced allegations of supplying quantities of class A drugs, the evidence being based on an interpretation of text messages by a police “expert” which was totally undermined by in-depth analysis of the unused material, following which, the prosecution offered no evidence.
