JH, then 17, is alleged to have been part of an ambush of a rival gang member in Ipswich town centre in January this year, in the middle of the afternoon. The prosecution case relies on extensive cctv footage (including of the stabbing itself), cell site and call data evidence, vehicle tracker data, and alleged confession evidence.
