Mountford Chambers sign by the front door

Following a lengthy trial held at Brighton Crown Court, Alan Kent KC’s client was found not guilty of Murder and Manslaughter.

Alan’s client was part of a group of 12 men who travelled from Essex to Kent to steal cannabis that was being grown in a residential house in Tonbridge Wells by an Albanian Organised Crime Group. During the raid, one of the Albanian’s who was in the premises was stabbed multiple times.

Two separate trials were held due to the number of defendants. In total, 3 men were convicted of murder, 4 of manslaughter and the remaining defendants were convicted of Conspiracy to Rob.

Alan was instructed by Isabel Corrigan from Clarke Kiernan Solicitors and led Andrew Baughan from 1KBW.
