Edward Henry KC instructed on behalf of the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) in BHA -v- Milton Harris.

Edward Henry KC was instructed on behalf of the BHA to present the case that Mr Milton Harris was not a fit and proper person to hold a trainers license.

After a 4 day hearing, the licensing committee upheld the submissions presented by Edward. The matter may be subject to appeal.
