Chloe Birch secures acquittal in section 18 GBH

Chloe represented a 16 year old youth defendant of good character charged with the section 18 assault of a young man who suffered serious head injuries. The prosecution relied on four civilian witnesses, medical and forensic evidence. Chloe’s client maintained he had acted in self defence and maintained he had been attacked by the group (led by the complainant).
