Zayd Ahmed successful in application to dismiss at Inner London Crown Court.

Zayd Ahmed successfully represented two defendants charged with theft of significant value.

Mr Ahmed made an application to dismiss on the basis there was no evidence of dishonest referring to Ivey v Genting Casinos (UK) (trading as Crockfords Club) [2017] UKSC 67.

After extensive representations, the application succeeded, and the defendants were dismissed.

Zayd was instructed by Advicewise Solicitors.
