Following a trial at Inner London Crown Court, Zabeta’s client was acquitted of dangerous driving.
The incident involved a police chase by under-cover officers and the Defendant was said to have driven dangerously to evade them.
The defence raised was that of duress of circumstances and the jury unanimously acquitted the Defendant.
