Trial starts at Birmingham CC of three men charged with shooting 15 year old boy

Chris Henley KC is instructed by West Midlands Solicitors to represent Niall Murphy, one of three men charged with conspiracy to murder a 15 year old boy. The boy was shot in the street minutes after leaving his grandparents’ home.

The trial raises issues of facial recognition, cell site and DNA evidence. It is scheduled to last up to four weeks.
