Three defendants charged with conspiracy to cause GBH all cleared by jury after three week trial at Inner London CC.

08/06/2023

Three young defendants were accused of planning a brutal attack against a number of adults near Peckham Rye in 2019. The assault left three people stabbed and required an air ambulance to assist the injured. Due to a number of unsuccessful attempts to hear the trial a jury was sworn in May 2023 and concluded their deliberations today. All the defendants were acquitted.

Ben Hargreaves was instructed by Grace France of Global Solicitors.
