The documentary will explore the brutal murder of shopkeeper Carol Morgan in Linslade, Bedfordshire, and how a six-year re-investigation by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit ultimately led to the conviction of her husband, Allen Morgan in 2024 for conspiracy to murder.
Colin Aylott KC and William England were involved in representing Allen Morgan during the case in 2024. Both Colin and William continue to act for Allen Morgan in ongoing proceedings in the Court of Appeal.
