Sebastian Winnett Secures Acquittal for Defendant Charged with Multiple Rapes, ABH and Perverting the Course of Justice

The Defendant faced recent allegations of multiple rapes and sexual assaults against an ex-partner. Further allegations were made of violence including cutting her throat with a cleaver and threatening her with an improvised weapon. The case required cross-examination of a vulnerable witness
