News & Insights
Mountford Chambers is delighted to invite prospective pupils to our annual Pupillage Open Evening, taking place on Thursday, 9th January 2025, from 6pm to 8pm at our Chambers. We have a strong track record of attracting talented candidates, and in recent years, we have been proud to offer tenancies to the majority of our pupils upon successful completion of their pupillage.
At Mountford Chambers, we are committed to delivering a pupillage experience that equips candidates with the skills and confidence required for a successful career at the Bar. We offer enhanced pupillage awards, making them among the most competitive in the market, and we have refined our selection criteria to identify those with the potential to become future leaders in their field.
The evening will commence with a panel discussion, featuring members of our Pupillage Committee. They will provide an overview of our application process, discuss the experience of pupillage at Mountford Chambers, and share details about our unique advocacy programme. This session will be an invaluable opportunity for attendees to ask questions and gain an understanding of the qualities we look for in candidates.
Following the panel, there will be an informal networking session with refreshments. Attendees will have the chance to engage directly with members of the panel, recent pupils, and other members of Chambers, gaining a more personal insight into life at Mountford.
If you are interested in attending the Pupillage Open Evening, please email marketing@mountfordchambers.com to confirm your place.
This event is an essential step for those considering a career with Mountford Chambers and will provide valuable insights to help with your application. We look forward to welcoming you and discussing how a pupillage at Mountford Chambers could be the foundation of your career at the Bar.
