R v X [2023] Wood Green Crown Court

Represented a young man who pleaded guilty to 7 counts of burglary (non-dwelling). He was given 9-month sentences (concurrent) on each count suspended for 12 months, 100 hours unpaid work and 35 RAR days.

R v X [2023] Peterborough Crown Court

Represented a defendant who pleaded guilty to PWITS Class B (cannabis). At sentence the court imposed an 8-month custodial sentence suspended for 12 months with 200 hours in unpaid work.

R v X [2023] Colchester MC

Represented an army major charged with harassment, despite the Crown’s attempts to proceed with the trial without full compliance with disclosure the matter was adjourned and the full phone download in the matter provided to the defence.

R v X [2023] Basildon Crown Court

Represented a defendant charged with cultivation of cannabis (140 plants) over a 5 – year period and at sentence the court imposed an 18- month suspended sentence with RAR 10 days.

R v X [2023] Luton MC

Represented a schoolteacher charged with assault and harassment against his ex-wife. The Crown offered no evidence due to the substantial disclosure issues and she successfully opposed a non-conviction restraining order.

R v X [2022] Ealing MC

Represented a defendant charged with two counts of sexual assault after, cross-examination of the complainant (a police officer), Grace made a successful half time submission.

R v X [2022] Ealing MC

Represented a young client charged with attempted robbery and robbery. Following Grace’s cross-examination of the complainant who agreed that her client was not involved in the offences as per the CCTV footage, she made a successful half-time submission.
