R v S (Operation Dissolve) [2024] Bradford Crown Court

Led by Charles Hannaford in a 10 handed conspiracy to supply Class A drugs.

R v I [2024] Kingston Crown Court

Instructed as trial counsel to represent a defendant in a multi handed trial, where the defendant was charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

R v D [2023] Court of Appeal (Crim Div) 

Instructed to represent the Respondent after an application was made by the Attorney General under s36 CJA 1988 for leave to refer a sentence which she regarded as unduly lenient. The Respondent avoided immediate custody, receiving a sentence of 8 months imprisonment suspended for 12 months.

R v K (Operation Harbinger) [2023] Exeter Crown Court

Led by William England in a 22-handed conspiracy to supply over £1 million worth of Class A drugs.

R v K [2023] Kingston Crown Court

Secured unanimous acquittal for defendant charged with inflicting GBH and assault by beating.

R v K [2023] Luton Crown Court

Instructed as trial counsel to represent a youth charged as part of a multi handed aggravated burglary. The Crown offered no evidence

R v A [2023] Croydon Youth Court

Secured a 12-month referral order with intensive contract for a client sentenced for s18 GBH.

R v M [2023] Hastings Youth Court

Instructed as trial counsel to represent a youth charged with possession of a firearm and possession of Class B drugs. Christina drafted detailed representations, following which the Crown offered no evidence on all counts.

BHA v E [2023]

Represented the BHA in a jockey anti-doping enquiry where the jockey licence was suspended for six months.

BHA v W [2023]

Represented the BHA in a jockey anti-doping enquiry where a financial penalty was imposed and licence withdrawn.

BHA v B [2023]

Represented the BHA in a jockey anti-doping enquiry where the licence was withdrawn for two months.

BHA v V [2023]

Represented the BHA in an equine anti-doping enquiry for three adverse analytical findings. A financial penalty was imposed.
