Education professional disciplinary cases are invariably highly sensitive in nature and evoke strong emotions from the individuals involved. We have experience of advising on and acting in cases involving allegations of serious misconduct by teachers and education professionals in a variety of settings, from children’s homes to sixth form colleges and universities; before regulators including the Teaching Regulation Agency and the Education Workforce Council.

Our barristers have a strong working knowledge of the disciplinary rules and procedures that govern the teaching and education professions which enables them to deliver the very highest standard of service to our clients. They combine their knowledge and skill as advocates to strike the appropriate balance when it comes to presenting arguments based on the evidence of students who are often children, against that of the regulated professional.
