Mountford Chambers Celebrate Their Successful 2025 Chambers & Partners UK Bar Rankings

We are delighted to share our 2025 Chambers & Partners rankings for the UK Bar. This year’s results demonstrate the strength of Mountford Chambers as we have moved up a band in London (Bar), Crime from four to three. We have also retained our band four ranking for London (Bar), Financial Crime.

Within the Crime, London (Bar), our specialists, Alan Kent KC, Colin Aylott KC, Daniel Frier, and Alphege Bell, have all moved up a band from last year’s rankings.

In the London Bar (Financial Crime), Charles Bott KC and Richard Furlong have retained their band one status, while Colin Aylott KC has moved up to band two, and William England has retained his band four status.

While Rebecca Upton has moved into band one in South Eastern (Bar), Crime.

In total, Mountford Chambers has 15 ranked barristers across three different areas. At the same time, eight of our barristers have moved up a band in the latest guide.

We’re also pleased to share the outstanding feedback for our clerk team:
