Luna Spada secured the acquittal of her client at Isleworth Crown Court, who was charged with engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and sexual activity with a child.
The defendant was alleged to have masturbated in front of, and later sexually assaulted, his 14 years old step-daughter. The complainant was still a child at trial. After careful cross examination and challenges to the investigation, the jury reached a verdict of not guilty on all counts.
