Luna Spada acts for all three defendants at Cardiff Magistrates Court. The case involves a pro-Palestinian protest that took place at Cardiff Bay Police Station. All defendants are relying on Articles 9, 10 and 11 of the ECHR in their defence. The wider case involves 18 defendants and has been broken down into four separate trials, with this being the third trial.
