Joe Tarbert secures acquittal in alleged long-running benefit fraud

Joe represented a 52-year old gentleman of previous good character who faced charges of fraud in relation to his receipt of employment support allowance, housing benefit and council tax benefit. The alleged frauds were said to have spanned six years. Verdicts of not guilty were returned on all three charges.
