James Lloyd successfully represented a Surrey police officer accused of gross misconduct before a Police Misconduct Panel this week.
The case involved multiple allegations arising from domestic incidents, with significant arguments over hearsay evidence, issues of intoxication, and questions of reliability and context within a deteriorating relationship.
Following James’ submissions, the panel made no adverse factual findings and dismissed the case in its entirety.
James was instructed by Mark Riley of MJR Solicitors and Zoe Bradstreet of the Surrey Police Federation.
