A jury at Liverpool Crown Court acquit a serving PC, of 18 years with Greater Manchester Police, of sexually assaulting a colleague whilst on duty in 2023.
The PC was alleged to have rubbed a mobile phone along the colleague’s thigh on two occasions in quick succession, whilst in an office space at GMP Headquarters, and in the presence of two other serving police officers.
