Fiona Clegg is currently representing the first defendant in Operation Casino, involving charges of conspiracy to burgle, robbery and wounding with intent.
The Crown allege that Fiona’s client is one of a criminal gang who targeted a man whom they believed to have a Rolex watch, cash, drugs (weed) and a Range Rover. During the course of the incident, the man was stabbed at his home address.
