Fiona Clegg Defends in Operation Daybreak

Fiona Clegg is currently defending in Operation Daybreak, involving charges of conspiracy to supply multi-kilograms of cocaine. The Crown allege that Fiona’s client is the conduit between the heads of two organised crime groups, operating in a senior role to source cocaine for both.

The trial is now in its eleventh week.

Fiona is instructed and assisted by John Barnes and Caitlin Albert of Shearman Bowen.
