Fatima Jama’s Client Acquitted of Sexual Assault

Fatima Jama secured a not guilty verdict at Ipswich Crown Court, successfully defending a client accused of sexual assault following a five-day trial. The allegation, said to have occurred on a university campus in 2023, led to devastating consequences for the client, including homelessness and extreme vulnerability.

Despite the complex challenges presented by the case, their good character was preserved.
