Edward Henry KC, on a renewed application for leave to appeal against conviction, successfully obtained permission to appeal on two grounds in a complex terrorism allegation.

Edward, with his junior Philip Stott of QEB Hollis Whiteman, persuaded the full court (The Lady Chief Justice, Mr Justice Hilliard, and Mrs Justice Cutts) that the grounds were strongly arguable.

A full hearing will take place in due course.
