County Lines Drugs Case Success

Rachel was instructed to represent the defendant accused of being concerned in the supply Class A drugs.

The charges stemmed from an investigation into a large county lines drugs network using a number of different phone numbers.

From the outset, limitations in the prosecution case were highlighted, particularly in respect of the telephone evidence.   

The matter was discontinued ahead of the PTPH.
