Colin Aylott KC and Alphege Bell secured unanimous acquittals for their 14 year old client at the Central Criminal Court

This was an extremely grave, difficult and delicate case involving many defendants with complex elements of evidence. The child client faced charges including: Murder, Manslaughter and GBH in respect of two victims. He was the only defendant to be be acquitted on every single count.
