Colin Aylott KC’s Client Unanimously Acquitted of Murder and Manslaughter

After a 7 week trial at the Old Bailey Colin Aylott KC’s client was unanimously acquitted of murder and manslaughter.

The case concerned the tragic death of a young man in Hackney. After a week of deliberations the jury convicted one of the five defendants of murder.

Colin was instructed with Tyrone Silcott of Furnival Chambers by Claudia Francois of CFJ & Co Solicitors. Special thanks also go to Tyrone’s pupil, Jesse Williams for his outstanding work on the case and wishing him all the best as he starts out on his career at the criminal bar.
