During a 6 day trial at Harrow Crown Court (sitting at Hendon Magistrates Court), the jury heard evidence from the defendant’s mother (the complainant), during which she alleged her son had threatened to kill her and chased her out of the home with a knife while in a drug frenzied craze.
Cross examination revealed inconsistencies in the complainant’s evidence and gaps in the prosecution case.
