Following a five-day trial at Maidstone Crown Court, Chloe Lennon’s client was acquitted of all allegations of serious domestic violence; namely, intentional strangulation, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and two counts of assault by beating against his daughter, his daughter’s partner, and his ex wife.
The jury heard evidence from all complainants and reviewed video footage and voicemail recordings before returning not guilty verdicts.
