Charles Hannaford Secures Acquittal on Thirteen Counts of Historic Sexual Abuse

Charles Hannaford was instructed to represent a defendant charged with thirteen counts of historic sexual offences against his brother.

The abuse was alleged to have started when the complainant was 9 years old and the defendant was 14, and to have taken place over a number of years.

The jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts on all counts.

Charles was instructed by Sarah Yates of Humphrys Dawson Solicitors.
