03/08/2026

Bianca’s client was one of thirteen defendants charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs. The case related to the supply of approximately £1 million of cocaine and heroin in Nottinghamshire. On enforcement day, the police seized approximately 7 kilograms of class A drugs, a number of firearms, large amounts of cash and drug paraphernalia from a storage unit.

Four of the defendants stood trial. The evidence included weeks of covert footage as well as analysis advanced by various experts concerning telecommunication between the co-defendants and other interested parties.

Following a three-month trial, Bianca’s client was acquitted by the jury.

Bianca was led by Alistair Grainger of 25 Bedford Row Chambers, and instructed by Sian Barber and Aaron Watson Weinberg of The Johnson Partnership Solicitors.
