Ben Hargreaves Was Instructed to Represent Adam Mahmood

Ben Hargreaves was instructed to represent Adam Mahmood at trial in September 2025 and at sentencing on 15 January 2026. Adam was charged with an offence under s58 of the Terrorism Act.

He was convicted of having possession of a video that set out how to make TATP, an explosive that has been used in several terrorist attacks including the Manchester Arena bombing. 

Ben was instructed by Sheraz Khattak of Khattak and Company, Birmingham.
