Ben Hargreaves successfully applied for the dismissal of an indictment that alleged his client had been involved in the attempted murder of two men who were shot in November 2021.

The dismissal application focussed on the extensive telephone analysis and attempts to co-locate his client with the three defendants who stand trial in August 2022.

Ben was instructed by Eddie Tang and Qaisar Shah of IBB.
