Ben Brown’s Client Acquitted of Rape

Following a four-day trial at Chelmsford Crown Court, Ben Brown’s client was acquitted of rape.

The Defendant was accused of rape following a meeting on a dating app. Following the alleged rape, the complainant made immediate and detailed complaints to several different people.

Following a comprehensive and detailed cross-examination, crucial inconsistencies in the complainant’s account were highlighted.
