Ben Brown secures unanimous acquittal for a client charged with multiple offences of serious Class A drug dealing after mounting modern slavery defence.

Ben secured the unanimous acquittal of a client charged with supplying large amounts of Class A drugs following a 5-day trial at Aylesbury Crown Court, sitting at Amersham.

The defendant was the subject of extensive police surveillance. The trial involved detailed analysis and careful presentation of psychological evidence to support a defence under section 45, Modern Slavery Act 2015.
