Ben Brown secures acquittal for a client charged with training and fighting dogs across Europe following a four-week trial at Chelmsford Crown Court.

Ben’s client was acquitted of training a dog for fighting and attending dog fights following a 4-week trial at Chelmsford Crown Court.

The prosecution was brought by the RSPCA’s Special Operations Unit, a taskforce which investigates serious and organised animal crime.

The case involved consideration of detailed forensic veterinary evidence and analysis of a vast amount of telephone evidence.

Ben’s client stood trial alongside four other Defendants and was the only one to be acquitted of any charges.
