At Guildford Crown Court, Anthony James represented a man accused of supply of Class A drugs. The Crown’s case was based on ANPR and mobile phone data that showed unusual movements of the defendant’s car. The defence secured funding for an expert to analyse the defendant’s phone in detail. The Crown accepted pleas of simple possession after there was no evidence of messages consistent with drugs supply.
