Alan Kent KC and Alphege Bell

Alan Kent KC and Alphege Bell represent client charged with murder, possession of a firearm and intent to endanger life, and perverting the course of justice at the Old Bailey.

Since 18th March 2024, Alan Kent KC and Alphege Bell have been representing the first defendant in an eight defendant trial at the Old Bailey. The defendant is first on the indictment and is accused of shooting a young man in the chest. He faces charges of murder, possession of a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life, and perverting the course of justice.

The jury is scheduled to begin deliberations on or around 16th May 2024.
