Acquittal in Perverting the Course of Justice Trial for Anna Renou

03/07/2026

Anna Renou’s client was acquitted of perverting the course of justice, having been accused of falsely nominating a driver in relation to a speeding offence.

The prosecution alleged that, after a vehicle insured to him was captured speeding, he conspired with the registered keeper to put forward a third party as the driver.

This acquittal means Anna’s 65 year old client retains his good character.

Anna was instructed by Theresa Gerald of ITN Solicitors.
