Any estimates for fees will make it clear which pricing model applies. If it not possible to estimate the final figure to be charged, our clerks will provide full details of how the fee is calculated – e.g., hourly rate, capped fees, paperwork rates, preparatory/advocacy rates, and the work undertaken will not exceed a specified amount without prior approval of the client.
Please note that VAT applies to fees charged in all cases. In some limited circumstances a VAT exemption may apply, which you will be advised of by our clerks.
