22 year old acquitted of murder

Alan Kent KC, leading Rebecca Upton, secured the acquittal of their 22 year old client who had been charged with murder. It was alleged that he and 2 others had inflicted serious head injuries on a man when they attended land he owned in order to steal cannabis. The defendant pleaded guilty to conspiracy to steal and a suspended sentence was imposed.
